Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language summary and will be finalized with legal review before advertising is enabled.

Free tools run on your device

Every free tool on EveryToolAI runs entirely in your browser. The numbers, text and files you enter are processed locally and are not uploaded to us or anyone else. Some tools fetch public reference data (for example, the currency converter fetches daily exchange rates) — those requests send no information about you or your input.

Saved data

We do not store your inputs. If a tool offers to save a draft on your device, it uses your browser's local storage only, it is opt-in, and you can clear it at any time. Nothing is synced to a server.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page visits and understand which tools are used. It collects aggregate usage only and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.

Advertising and cookies

We plan to show display ads to keep the tools free. When advertising is enabled, ads in the EEA, UK and Switzerland will load only after you consent through our cookie banner, and our advertising partners (including Google) may set cookies and collect data to serve ads. You will be able to withdraw consent at any time, and we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required. Until ads are live, no advertising cookies are set.

Server-processed tools

A small number of future tools (clearly labeled) may process a file on a server — for example, converting a document to another format. Those specific tools do send your file to a server for processing and delete it shortly afterward. This never applies to the browser-based tools described above, which remain fully local.

Your rights and contact

Under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA you have rights to access, delete and opt out of the "sale/share" of personal information; because we collect no personal data through the free tools, most requests are moot, but you can still reach us via the contact page.
