Privacy Policy

Free tools run on your device

Every free tool on EveryToolAI runs entirely in your browser. The numbers, text and files you enter are processed locally and are not uploaded to us or anyone else. Some tools fetch public reference data (for example, the currency converter fetches daily exchange rates) — those requests send no information about you or your input.

Saved data

We do not store your inputs. If a tool offers to save a draft on your device, it uses your browser's local storage only, it is opt-in, and you can clear it at any time. Nothing is synced to a server.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count page visits and understand which tools are used. It measures the site, not your work: nothing you type into a tool is ever sent to it. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland it runs cookieless until you consent, so it stores no identifier for you at all; elsewhere Google may set a cookie (such as _ga) to tell repeat visits apart. Data is processed under Google's privacy policy, it never profiles you across other sites, and any standard content blocker stops it.

Advertising and cookies

To keep the tools free, we show display ads served by Google AdSense. The ad script loads from Google on our pages and never receives anything you type into a tool. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, personalised ads load only after you consent through our cookie banner, and our advertising partners (including Google) may set cookies and collect data (such as your IP address and ad interactions) to serve and measure ads. You can withdraw consent at any time, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.

Server-processed tools

A small number of future tools (clearly labeled) may process a file on a server — for example, converting a document to another format. Those specific tools do send your file to a server for processing and delete it shortly afterward. This never applies to the browser-based tools described above, which remain fully local.

Your rights and contact

Under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA you have rights to access, delete and opt out of the "sale/share" of personal information; because we collect no personal data through the free tools, most requests are moot, but you can still reach us via the contact page.
